Yesterday, Kinsey went to Nan's house for the day and boy, did they have a good time! They decided to brave the cool weather and go across the road and pick up pecans--9 pounds to be exact! Nan taught her the art of picking them up, but she ended up being the "keeper of the bucket" by the end of the job. She had so much fun that when she woke up this morning, she said she was NOT going to school, but she was going to Nan's again. Sorry to disappoint, kiddo! Back to school!

You and Mary's kids have THE MOST FUN. Kudos to y'all for doing so much creative and fun things with the kiddos!
Send her to our house, would ya? Although the squirrels get most of our pecans anyway... We even have one of those pecan picker-uppers she could use. ;-)
