I just LOVE Lowe's. I always have, but even more now that our kids have started going to their Satruday morning workshops. The kids each get a work apron and a pair of safety goggle and each week, they get a patch for the apron as they complete their project. AND it's all FREE! Can't beat that!

Movie Night

Kinsey and I hosted a movie night for her Girl Scout troop and what a big time we had! Nine little girls, dancing,eating pizza and decorating cupcakes--priceless (and tiring.) Thank goodness for my two great helpers, but I still think I'm turning in for the night! :)

Back to back league champions and what a game it was!!! All the sweeter because we beat our long-time nemesis, who had gone undefeated all season. GO BOLTS!!!

Groundhog Stew

So, Punxsutawney Phil told us last week that Spring would arrive early--guess who was WRONG?!? About midnight last night, the snow started falling for the third time this winter and yet again we woke up to God's beautiful snowscape. Luckily, we were blessed with a delayed school morning as opposed to another missed/make-up day. As much as I am ready for the warm, long days that lie ahead, I never semm to get tired of the glory of a snowy sunrise.
