We had the most amazing long weekend in NC with Reesie and Joe running the Sunset Beach Half Marathon (me) and 5K (Reesie and Kinsey). It was so nice to go back to the town that I spent many childhood summer vacations. Highlights were nights out in Calabash (yum!), Firecracker Burgers at the island mart, and visits to the Kindred Spirit Mailbox (complete with meeting THE man himself and filming of a news clip).
