Or not. So we didn't win but we still has a great morning and day enjoying our last tailgate and home game of the season.  Our tailgate spot and food was perfect and at least the game was incredibly exciting, even if the outcome wasn't what we hoped. Always a Dawg Fan!

   

Thanksgiving Fun

So thankful for this wonderful week of family fun.  We had a great time at Nanny and Papadad's house celebrating Thanksgiving in a most relaxing way.  We watched TV, went on hikes, played with the pups, cooked and ate, and ended the week in Cashiers picking out our beast of a Christmas tree.  Wouldn't have had it any other way!

 

Ashland Farms

Kinsey had an awesome opportunity this weekend at Ashland Farms Pony Club show.  Neither of us was too sure of what to expect, but the day turned out to be incredible!  Kinsey competed in the 2-foot jumpers (first time over anything other than crossrails) and did great!  She completed the 10-jump course perfectly!  After the first event, the riders got the chance to go out to the cross country course and school for a bit.  Another first for Kinsey!  They absolutely had a blast jumping over logs, running through water and up hills, and leaping up embankments!  Finally, her second event was the 2'6" jumpers.  When I saw those jumps, I must admit I freaked out--the were ENORMOUS!!!  Kinsey was no doubt scared too, but wanted to give it a shot.  They went in for their course, jumped the first fence beautifully, but refused the second jump twice and left the ring.  I was so proud of her for getting out their and trying something new and challenging!  It was a wonderful day!

 

Dawgs beat Cats

I think this was probably one of my most favorite tailgates (and games) EVER!  It was our only night game of the year and it just so happened that the temperatures were FRIGID!  BUT, while all the other fans around were miserably freezing their tails off, we were enjoying the lovely heat from two new propane heaters, courtesy of Jack and Joe!  I swear we were the most popular kids around!  We also enjoyed testing out Jack's new Tailgater speaker and portable bar.  Fun times, GREAT friends, INCREDIBLE game!  Go Dawgs!

Watson Mill

The most AMAZING impromptu camp trip ever!  Jack has been trying to get us to try out this campground for a while and since we've been pretty busy lately, this has been our first camp trip of the year!  I hate that!  But this weekend sure made up for that.  What amazing views, prefect weather, and fun activities that the kiddos helped us enjoy!  Lovin' life and lovin' fall y'all!!!
