Kinsey and I were so tickled to go visit a co-worker of mine (and a former teacher of hers as well) and meet their precious little bundle of joy!

H.J. Fox Spring Classics '14

Kinsey and Nanny had a WONDERFUL weekend in Conyers at the 2nd show of the season.  Smooch was injured just before the show and at the last minute had to switch to ride Robyn, whom she'd never cantered in a show or jumped AT ALL.  The two of them did great racking up lots of ribbons in very big classes!  So proud of this girls wonderful attitude and so thankful for two wonderful sets of grandparents who support our kids, even when I'm out of town!

Fishin' Fellas

While I was off running and Kinsey and Nanny were off riding, Max and Jack headed to Keowee for a little fishing fun with Papadad.  Here's one of Papa and Max's catches.

Nash-HILL, Tennessee

It was a long, hilly, HOT 26.2 miles with Teresa in Nashville this weekend, but I can now check off marathon #10.  We had a fun Saturday night celebrating downtown at the local honky-tonks on Broadway but glad to be DONE with that town!  ;)

We said goodbye to AWANA tonight.  At least until next fall when I'll have a 5th GRADER and a 2nd GRADER!!!

Spring Break of 2014 was full of fun and family!  The Bridge Run with cousin Catherine, Children's Museum, Blackbeard's Cove, scooter rides and golf cart drives, freezing pool swims, night beach walks, boat rides with dolphins and a first lost tooth, Cosmic Dogs, beautiful sunsets, yummy seafood and lots, lots more!!!  Thanks to Nanny and Papadad for a wonderful week!
